hotel was hosting several live music events during our stay. it was quite noisy and rowdy guest into middle of the night. i complained to the front desk manager- Herman who said he was going to follow up with me but never did. also the AC kept kicking off automatically in the middle of the night. if you value sound sleep and temperature controlled rooms, i would skip this property. it definitely has a party vibe, which was not a good fit for us. the rooms decor was very dark and heavy which was also a minus, felt like we were in a cave…

I was there for one night before my flight home. The hotel is in a great location and removed from but convenient to the very busy shopping areas. The elevators will assign you to a specific elevator based on where you want to go and are generally very quick. The hotel breakfast was included and is extensive (I wish I had more time to enjoy it but had to get to the airport!). I did not love the location of my room which was one of the closest to the elevators (so I did hear kids running and shouting occasionally) and it was for a handicapped guest (I am not handicapped). Otherwise, I would stay here again but would request a quiet room.

"A nice small hotel in a beautiful, quiet, historic location. Parking was free on the street, and we were within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and local attractions. The town is an easy 10 minute drive to Segovia, which is a must-see if you're in the area."
